Breathwork is a powerful path to peel back the layers and reconnect with your true self. Using conscious breath, we bypass the thinking mind and enter the subconscious — where your patterns, emotions, and beliefs are stored. Each journey helps you gently release stored emotion, trauma, and tension held in the body. As this energy clears, new supportive beliefs begin to form, naturally shifting your behaviours and inner world. Some journeys are soft, others deep — your body leads the way, only revealing what you're ready to heal. In this safely held space, you are fully supported to feel, release, and remember who you really are. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply connected to yourself. If you need a time that you can't find in my calendar when booking, please contact me directly to work one out.

Cancellation Policy

Soultree Moves is a small, heart-led sole trader business. We dedicate significant time and energy to preparing your healing space, often paying fees in advance to secure your session time. In fairness to both practitioner and clients, the following policies apply: Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Changes made within 48 hours of your session will incur a 50% session fee. Cancellations If you cancel your appointment: With 48 hours' notice or more, only your $20 Booking Fee is non-refundable. With less than 48 hours' notice, 50% of the full session fee will be retained (including the booking fee). No Shows If you do not attend your session and do not make contact: 100% of the session fee will be forfeited. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the time of following clients. The full session fee still applies regardless of the reduced time available.
