Women's Circles
Are you ready to be
Real and Raw AF?
Embodied Women’s Circles
Come as you are.
How are you, really?
Not the socially acceptable answer.
Not “I’m good.”
Not the version of you who has it all together.
Not the woman who has already processed, healed, released and found the lesson.
The real you.
The pissed-off you.
The tired you.
The turned-on you.
The grieving you.
The joyful you.
The messy you.
The woman who doesn’t fucking know.
The woman who wants more.
After a year away, my Embodied Women’s Circles are returning.
And this time, we’re getting RAW AF.
These circles are a space to take off the mask and come as you actually are - messy, tired, joyful, angry, uncertain, wanting more or simply figuring it out.
Through embodiment, movement, somatic exploration, reflection, connection and honest conversation, we make space to listen to what’s really going on beneath the surface - without needing to fix, perform or have it all figured out.
Come as you are. That’s the whole point.

More than a place to gather
There are plenty of spaces where we can gather, share and feel connected.
These circles offer that - but we also get curious and learn.
Each gathering gives you the opportunity to explore practical skills around embodiment, breath, emotional awareness, nervous system support, boundaries, self-expression and connection.
We don't just talk about these things.
We explore and practise them together, giving you tools and experiences you can take beyond the circle and into your everyday life.
So you're not just coming to connect. You're building a toolkit for living.
What You’ll Receive in These Women’s Circles
-
A safe, nurturing space to be fully yourself with no masks, no pressure
-
Guided exploration of deep themes- including emotional expression, cycles, body wisdom, and personal truth
-

-
The chance to be witnessed and heard in your rawness, your joy, your shadow, your power
-
A community of like-hearted women walking the path of authenticity and soul
-
Space to reclaim emotions like anger, grief, shame, and longing and find strength within them
-
Opportunities for ritual, reflection, and integration
-
A reconnection with your wild, wise, and whole self

You might come if.....
You're craving more genuine connection - with yourself and with other women.
Maybe you're tired of surface-level conversations. Maybe you're wanting somewhere you don't have to have your shit together.
Maybe you want to understand yourself better, get out of your head and reconnect with your body.
You might be wanting to explore your boundaries, emotions, needs, voice, relationships, nervous system or patterns.
Or perhaps you simply want community with depth - somewhere you can meet other women while also learning, practising and growing.
You don't need to be on a healing journey.
You don't need experience with embodiment.
And you certainly don't need to arrive knowing what you need.
Curiosity is enough.
We value

Consent

Choice

Inclusion
These circles are designed to make room for different bodies, brains, identities, needs and ways of participating.
Consent and choice are central to how we work together. Everything is an invitation. You can participate, modify something, observe, move around, take a break, use sensory supports or simply say no.
Sharing and touch are always optional, and you never need to explain your choice.
We create clear agreements around confidentiality, respect, boundaries, listening without fixing and allowing each person to have their own experience.
This is a neurodivergent and LGB inclusive space.
You don't need to mask, make eye contact, sit still, share on cue or fit a particular idea of what a woman should be.
We work in a trauma-aware way, with choice, pacing and curiosity rather than pushing through.
If you have sensory, physical, communication or other access needs, you're very welcome to contact me beforehand so we can explore what would help you participate comfortably.
You don't need to participate in a particular way to belong here.
Our Circle Agreements include...
Creating a meaningful space together asks something of all of us.
When you enter the circle, you're agreeing to:
Confidentiality & Sacredness - personal stories and experiences shared in the room stay in the room.
Sovereignty & Consent - we ask rather than assume, and respect a person's yes, no, maybe or change of mind. Take responsibility for your needs - you're encouraged to pause, move, rest, step outside, ask questions or opt out whenever you need.
Synergy - we are here together, we are here for each other too, and the combined effect of this group is greater than the sum of all our individual parts and working in isolation.
Soulfulness - Speak from your heart and speak from your own experience
No fixing - we listen from the heart without jumping in with advice, solutions or interpretations of someone else's experience.
Respect difference - different bodies, beliefs, relationships, experiences and ways of communicating are welcome.

Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes early so you have time to settle and we can begin together.
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move, sit and lie down in, and bring a water bottle and anything that supports your comfort - a favourite blanket, sensory item, journal, earplugs or whatever works for you.
Phones will be switched to silent and put away during the circle where possible, helping us create a space where we're genuinely present with one another.
There will be opportunities for movement, rest, sharing, reflection and connection, but everything is an invitation, never an obligation.
Wheelchair Accessible.
Plenty of carparking.
Toilets within hall.
