EVOLVE is a private, guided journey designed to help you move through stored tension, suppressed emotions, and old patterns at a pace your body actually wants.

 

This is not a program to “push through”.

 

It’s a safe, held space for your nervous system to relax, your body to remember how to feel safe, and your emotions to flow.

Through this journey, you’ll begin to:

  • Feel safer and more present in your body

  • Release old patterns and stored energy

  • Reconnect with your emotions without overwhelm

  • Move towards joy, connection, and a sense of freedom in your life

How EVOLVE works

Step 1 – Inner Landscape Mapping (Your first session)

 

We start with one face-to-face session:

  • Explore your body, emotions, and patterns

  • Identify what your nervous system is ready to release

  • Co-create your personalised journey

Think of this as a “Choose Your Own Adventure” — you guide what you’re ready to explore first.

Step 2 – Your 12-week journey (optional)

 

For those who feel resonance, EVOLVE can continue as a 12-week 1:1 journey, tailored to you:

  • Soul Work Sessions: Embodied healing, breathwork, and emotional release

  • Somatic Practices: Releasing tension and regulating your nervous system

  • Integration Practices: Journaling, reflection, and creative expression

  • Check-Ins: Zoom or in-person sessions to support you between meetings

  • Flexible and responsive to your needs, pace, and readiness

Each step is gentle, supported, and designed to honour your body’s signals.

Your 12-week journey includes (if you choose to continue)

  • 6 x Somatic & Embodiment Sessions (embodied healing, breathwork, expression)

  • 3 x In-person Check-In sessions

  • 3 x Zoom Check-In calls

  • Take-home journaling & reflection prompts

  • Support and guidance from your facilitator between sessions

The full journey can be completed within 16 weeks to allow flexibility and integration.
