EVOLVE TOGETHER is for women who:

Live with anxiety or fear in their body

Suppress emotions to stay functional or “okay”

Feel disconnected from their body or struggle to feel safe within it

Are tired of holding everything alone

Want to learn how to feel without becoming overwhelmed
You don’t need to be “fixed.”
You don’t need to have the right words.
You don’t need to share unless it feels right.
What makes this container different
This is a very small, intentional group - limited to 3 women.
This allows for:

This is about learning to stay with yourself, even when emotions arise.

A consistent, safely held small group of women

A held Whatsapp group for consistent support outside of sessions

Weekly offerings, alternating - In-person (2.5hrs) to online (1.5hrs)
Investment
The investment for the full EVOLVE TOGETHER container is $1,600 per person.
This reflects the depth of facilitation, the small group size, and the consistent support offered over the three-month journey.

As this container is intentionally small, spaces are limited.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because EVOLVE TOGETHER is a small, intentionally held group container, places are limited and preparation begins once your space is confirmed.

About Elyse
From Soultree Moves, works predominantly with women, but also with men, teenagers and children using her multi modality Holistic Therapies to ensure a Trauma-Informed, safe and nurturing environment, She guides and holds space for participants to realise their own power and resource their own inner wisdom and to allow processing of trauma, grief, shame, sadness, anger and pain.
She has a deep reverance and connection to nature and the human experience and holds an endless love for learning about the mind-body-soul connection and is devoted to her own Soul Work and supporting that in all those who are curious in their own deeper lived life here on Earth.
