Coming home to your body, the Earth, breath, and belonging.
There comes a time in a woman’s life when the quiet pull to return - to herself, to the land, to the deeper rhythm beneath all things - can no longer be ignored.
She Who Returns is a gently held, women-only circle designed to soften you back into that remembering.
Through breath, gentle movement, somatic expression, rest, and shared reflection, we create space to return to the body as safe ground.
To listen again to the wisdom that moves through you - and through the Earth - when there is time to slow, feel, and simply be.
Throughout the day, you’ll also be supported by carefully chosen guest facilitators who offer practices, tools, and perspectives that complement this journey of return and remembering.
Each offering is woven into the container with care, integrity, and a shared trauma-informed approach.
This is a space for exhale, for release. For presence.
A space stripped back from performance, productivity, and pressure - allowing you to marinate in being, rather than doing what hustle culture demands.
Come as you are - tender, tired, curious, unsure, alive.
Leave a little more rooted, open, and held.
She Who Returns is a consistent quarterly gathering, offering a space you can return to again and again - to yourself, your body, and what’s unfolding in each season.

What to Expect on the Day
She Who Returns is a gently structured day held within a spacious, unhurried rhythm.
There is no pressure to perform, share, or participate in any way that doesn’t feel right for you.
The day weaves together:
-
Grounding In & Check In - arrival practices to settle your nervous system
-
Guided breath and a gentle Breathwork Journey
-
Slow embodiment and Self Connection practices – connecting to Feelings and Emotions
-
Periods of rest, reflection, and quiet integration
-
Somatic and earth-based practices offered by Elyse and guest facilitators
-
Biofield Tuning
-
Spacious breaks for nourishment, nature, and connection
-
A closing circle to gently complete the day
You are always welcome to participate in your own way - lying down, sitting, stepping outside, or simply observing.
Listening and Being is participation here.
This is not a full-day workshop where you are “on” the whole time.
It is a day designed to support regulation, presence, and returning to yourself.
Accessibility and Comfort

This gathering is held with accessibility and nervous-system care in mind.
-
There is a short 20metre walk from the carpark to the Rotunda.
-
We will shift from seated to standing to lying down throughout the day.
-
If being on the floor isn’t an option, please bring a camping chair that can (preferably).
-
You are welcome to change positions, stand, stretch, or step away at any time
-
All movement and breath practices are invitational and trauma-informed
-
Participation is always optional.
-
Toilets are a little walk away - however, we will create spaces for these breaks and cars can be driven over for ease and comfort.
-
The space is quiet, nature-based, and held at a slower pace than typical events
If you have specific access needs or questions, you’re warmly invited to reach out before the day so we can support you where possible.
The Day's Rhythm
While the exact flow responds to the group and the season, the day will loosely follow this rhythm:
-
10:00am - Arrival, grounding, and opening circle practices
-
Mid-morning - Embodied and somatic practices
-
Lunch - Shared potluck, rest, and time in nature
-
Early afternoon - Guest facilitator offering & other embodied and somatic practices
-
Late afternoon - Integration, rest, and closing circle
-
5:00pm - Completion
There is spaciousness woven throughout, with time to pause, breathe, and integrate.

Who is this for
This circle is for women who feel they are standing on the edges of life and aliveness.
For women whose days feel repetitive, mundane, or disconnected - moving through routines that feel more like survival than living.
For those who feel trapped in the have-to’s of life, carrying responsibility, expectation, and invisible labour.
For mothers who have given so much of themselves that they are now listening for who they are beyond the role of “mother” - and longing to replenish, restore, and rediscover themselves.
For women craving depth, slowness, embodied connection, and a sense of belonging - without needing to fix, heal, or become anything other than what they already are.
This is an offering by women, for women, rooted in gentleness, presence, and the remembering that you were never meant to do life alone.
What to Bring
-
A journal and pen for reflection
-
A shawl or blanket to stay cosy
-
A cushion or mat for comfort during our circle
-
Water bottle
-
An item for our altar - something that represents your return (stone, leaf, photo, or personal symbol)
-
Shared potluck lunch - please bring a simple dish to share (salads, frittatas, soups, or fruit)
If you’d like to connect with other women beforehand or have questions about what to bring, post in the event discussion - it’s a beautiful way to meet others before we gather.

Meet your Guest Facilitators
Throughout the day, you’ll be supported by carefully chosen guest facilitators whose work aligns with the intention of She Who Returns.
Each guest offering is:
-
Trauma-aware and body-led
-
Integrated into the whole container
-
Offered by women who live and practice what they share
Their role is to gently deepen and enrich the day, offering different doorways into return, remembrance, and embodiment.
February Guest Facilitator
Kerri Wellington - Ebb and Flow Vibrational Therapies
Kerri is an intuitive energy and sound facilitator whose work is a gentle remembering- an invitation for women to return to safety, sensation, and the deep knowing held within their bodies. Each session unfolds as a sacred pause, where the nervous system is met with tenderness and the body is welcomed home with reverence.
With over a decade of experience sharing Reiki, Pellowah, and sound medicine, Kerri weaves frequency, presence, and breath to support adrenal recalibration and restore a felt sense of inner sanctuary. Her work honours the body as an oracle and the emotional landscape as sacred terrain, creating space for what has been held, silenced, or forgotten to be felt, released, and reclaimed without force or judgment.
At She Who Returns, Kerri offers a nurturing tuning fork and breath recalibration—a frequency-woven rite designed to soothe the nervous system, ease the adrenals, and guide women back into communion with their bodies, emotions, and inner truth.

About Elyse
Elyse Hof - Soultree Moves Somatic Therapies
Elyse will be your primary guide and space-holder for the day, weaving together the container, flow, and integration of all offerings.
Elyse is a somatic practitioner, breathwork guide, and facilitator who supports women to reconnect with their emotional landscapes and lived, felt experience.
With roots in movement and dance, and years of experience facilitating women’s circles and embodied spaces, Elyse’s work is informed by trauma-aware practice and a deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence.
Her offerings draw on somatic inquiry, breath, creative expression, and presence-based facilitation, allowing women to explore what is held beneath the surface in a way that feels resourced and supported.
Collaboration and multi-modal techniques are are central to this work. She is deeply inspired by weaving alongside other skilled facilitators and is continually energised by co-creating spaces that are richer, more layered, and more responsive than any one modality alone.
She Who Returns reflects this love of connection - a shared journey shaped by multiple voices, perspectives, and practices, all held within a coherent and intentional container.
Elyse brings warmth, attunement, and steadiness to the spaces she holds, honouring both the individual and the collective experience that unfolds when women gather with intention.
Exchange
She Who Returns works within a Tiered Exchange Structure.
This tiered structure is an invitation to explore your relationship with value, worth, and receiving.
The price you choose is not about what you “can afford” alone, but about what allows you to engage with the container with integrity, presence, and commitment.
Paying in a way that feels aligned often supports deeper engagement and fuller integration - regardless of the number on the screen.
Tier 1 - $125
Tier 2 - $155
Tier 3 - $188
Before choosing your investment, I invite you to pause for a moment.
• Take three slow breaths
• Feel your body supported by the ground or chair
• Place a hand on your heart or belly
As you read each price, notice what happens inside:
– Do you feel contraction, softening, curiosity, resistance, or openness?
– Is your choice coming from fear, obligation, or alignment?
This is not about choosing the cheapest option or the most impressive one.
It’s about choosing the investment that allows you to:
– Stay present throughout the day
– Honour the value of the work
– Remain in integrity with yourself
Sometimes the most supportive choice is not the one that feels safest to the mind but the one that feels truest in the body.
And here is a little bit of NUMEROLOGY about each tier as well…..
Tier 1 — $125
Numerology: 1 + 2 + 5 = 8
Theme: Stability, grounding, survival becoming choice
This tier is for those who feel a genuine financial edge and are honouring where they are right now.
It represents:
-
Showing up despite fear
-
Choosing support even when resources feel tight
-
Honouring your “yes” without self-abandonment
This tier asks for presence and integrity, not strain.
----------
Tier 2 — $155
Numerology: 1 + 5 + 5 = 11 (master number)
Theme: Awareness, transition, embodiment
This is the true energetic value of the day.
It represents:
-
Conscious choice
-
Willingness to meet yourself honestly
-
Standing at a threshold of change
This tier supports full engagement while staying resourced.
------
Tier 3 — $188
Numerology: 1 + 8 + 8 = 17 → 1 + 7 = 8
Theme: Reciprocity, sustainability, abundance with responsibility
This tier is for those who feel resourced and wish to:
-
Support the longevity of this work
-
Help make embodied spaces more accessible
-
Invest beyond self alone
This tier carries the energy of circulation and collective care.

A Closing Note
If you’re feeling a quiet pull rather than a loud yes, you’re welcome here.
This day is not about arriving with clarity, energy, or certainty — it’s about arriving as you are.
If you have questions, accessibility needs, or simply want to sense into whether this space is right for you, you’re warmly invited to reach out before booking.
If your body says yes, trust that.
If now is not the time, the circle will return — season after season.
She Who Returns is a space you don’t have to rush toward.
It will be here when you’re ready.
Spaces are limited to keep the container intimate and well-held.
An offering to return, again and again.
If it’s speaking to you, listen.
