Welcome to Soultree Moves. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your engagement with any of our services, including massage therapy, breathwork, emotional integration sessions, women’s circles, workshops, and ceremonies. By accessing or using this Website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

1. Services Offered

We provide a range of holistic services, including but not limited to:

Breathwork journeys and emotional integration sessions
Massage therapy for women
Women’s circles and group workshops
Death and transformation ceremonies
Self-inquiry, embodiment, and somatic support

These services are intended for personal exploration and wellness and are not a replacement for medical or mental health treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access this Website or book services, or have the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. If you are pregnant, have a diagnosed mental health condition, or a chronic medical issue, please consult with your healthcare provider before booking services such as breathwork or massage.

3. Booking, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

We understand the time, energy, and preparation that goes into creating a healing space — both for you and your practitioner. Session times are held just for you, often secured with advance payments. In fairness to both practitioner and client, the following policies apply:

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Changes made within 48 hours of your session will incur a 50% session fee.

Cancellations

If you cancel your appointment:

With 48 hours’ notice or more, only your $20 booking fee is non-refundable.
With less than 48 hours’ notice, 50% of the full session fee will be retained (this includes the booking fee).

No Shows

If you do not attend your session and do not make contact:

100% of the session fee will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment, your session may need to be shortened to honour those scheduled after you.

The full session fee still applies regardless of the reduced time available.

4. Nature of Services & Personal Responsibility

Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition. By choosing to participate, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and wellbeing and will notify us of any relevant conditions beforehand.

You agree to honour your own limits and boundaries during any physical, emotional, or energetic process.

5. Code of Conduct

You agree to:

Treat all practitioners and other participants with respect and care
Arrive on time, clean, sober, and present
Honour the sacredness of circles, ceremonies, and others’ emotional processes
Refrain from disruptive or harmful behaviour

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants from any space if these agreements are not upheld.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including texts, images, logos, session materials, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Soultree Moves unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without written consent.

7. Website Use and Privacy

By using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer. The content provided on this site is for general informational purposes only and may not always be complete or up to date. Additionally, by using this website and our services, you agree that Soultree Moves is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of the website, its content, products, services, or any third-party materials and links. Your reliance on information provided is at your own risk.

In line with Australian Consumer Law, if any goods or services provided breach these terms, Soultree Moves’ liability is limited to supplying the goods or services again, replacing the goods, or reimbursing the cost of the goods or services.

Physical goods are delivered via trusted courier services; however, we are not responsible for damage or loss during transit. Digital goods are delivered immediately, and we provide reasonable assistance for any technical issues encountered.

Returns and refunds comply with Australian Consumer Protection laws. Please notify us within 2 days of purchase for any return requests. Refunds for unopened goods are processed promptly and at our discretion.

We do not endorse or take responsibility for content on any third-party websites linked from our site.
