Collaborative Workshops & Events

Alongside my offerings through Soultree Moves, I also facilitate, organise and collaborate on events with other practitioners, organisations and communities. You’ll find those offerings here - spaces I’m actively involved in and wholeheartedly connected to, even when they’re not hosted under the

Soultree Moves banner.

Anger as Your Ally for women

Sunday 18 October

What if your anger isn’t something to suppress, fear or get rid of -  but something you could learn to use wisely?

Join us for a one-day embodied exploration of Anger as a source of clarity, courage, boundaries, truth and power.

Through conscious feelings work, body-based practices, nervous system exploration, reflection and restorative integration, we’ll begin to understand how anger moves through us, what it might be communicating, and how we can work with it without causing harm to ourselves or others.

Held in a beautiful chapel surrounded by tranquil bushland, this is an invitation to befriend your Anger and discover what becomes possible when you stop pushing it away and start listening to it.

Reclaiming Anger

Thursday 26-29 November + Thursday 10 December

What if your anger isn’t something to manage, suppress or fear - but an inner resource you can learn to use with clarity, precision and heart?

Reclaiming Anger is an immersive 3-night, 4-day embodied training exploring how to feel and express anger without harm, stand your ground without aggression, stay connected to yourself in conflict, and channel anger into boundaries, clarity, courage and meaningful action.

Working slowly and through the body, we explore Anger alongside the gifts of Fear, Sadness and Joy - developing practical skills for relating to our feelings, ourselves and each other in new ways.

This format gives us the time and space to go deeper, practise together and integrate the work across four days.

In a world of overwhelm, polarity and disconnection, this work asks how we can become more rooted, centred and able to stand for what matters without abandoning ourselves or overpowering another.

This isn’t anger management. It’s an invitation to stop using Anger against yourself and discover what it might actually be here for.
