Service Description

A 1:1 journey into emotional truth, body wisdom, and lasting transformation. This is deep, soulful work — breathwork, somatics, bodywork and presence practices woven together to help you release, remember, and reclaim. Together, we meet what’s been buried, honour what’s ready, and return you to your grounded, authentic self. Cancellation Policy

EVOLVE TOGETHER — Agreements & Policies Soultree Moves is a small, sole trader business. EVOLVE TOGETHER is an intentionally small, deeply held container, and significant time, energy, and preparation goes into creating a safe and supportive journey for each participant. These policies are designed to honour the container, the group, and your own commitment. Program Duration EVOLVE TOGETHER is a 3-month journey and must be completed within the designated 3-month timeframe. Weekly sessions alternate between in-person (2.5 hrs) and online (1.5 hrs), supported by a gently held WhatsApp group for reflections and integration. Booking & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. Full payment or payment plan arrangements must be finalised prior to the first session. Because this is a small, held group, spaces are limited and securing your spot ensures your participation and preparation. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Missed sessions without notice cannot be made up and the session fee is non-refundable. Late Arrivals Arriving late may result in a shortened session to respect the group schedule. The facilitator will adjust the session to provide support within the remaining time. Full session fees still apply. Program Cancellation If you need to cancel your participation in the program after it has begun, 50% of the remaining program fees will be forfeited, minus the non-refundable deposit. This policy reflects the preparation, facilitation, and reserved space that has already been allocated. WhatsApp Group & Support The WhatsApp group is intended for gentle connection, reflections, and reminders. There is no expectation to engage constantly - presence is enough. This is not a crisis or support line - please call me directly if needed. Communication & Special Circumstances If something significant arises impacting your ability to attend or continue, please reach out. While fees may still apply, open communication supports fairness, trust, and the integrity of the container.
