Service Description

Embodied Counselling is a holistic, body-based approach to emotional and relational healing. Together, we explore your inner world with compassion and curiosity — not just through words, but through the wisdom of the body. In this space, we gently unravel outdated patterns, soothe the nervous system, and support you to feel your feelings fully — without getting lost in them. Using tools like conscious breath, intuitive movement, and sound, you’ll begin to embody new ways of being that feel more aligned, connected, and alive. Whether you’re seeking to improve your relationships, regulate emotions, shift habits, or deepen your self-awareness, this work is practical and empowering. You’ll leave each session not only with insight, but with grounded skills you can take into your daily life — to communicate better, relate more authentically, and feel more at home in your own skin. This is not traditional talk therapy. This is a reclamation of the self — through sensation, breath, presence, and practice. Cancellation Policy

Soultree Moves is a small, heart-led sole trader business. We dedicate significant time and energy to preparing your healing space, often paying fees in advance to secure your session time. In fairness to both practitioner and clients, the following policies apply: Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Changes made within 48 hours of your session will incur a 50% session fee. Cancellations If you cancel your appointment: With 48 hours' notice or more, only your $20 Booking Fee is non-refundable. With less than 48 hours' notice, 50% of the full session fee will be retained (including the booking fee). No Shows If you do not attend your session and do not make contact: 100% of the session fee will be forfeited. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the time of following clients. The full session fee still applies regardless of the reduced time available.
