Service Description
Embodied Counselling is a holistic, body-based approach to emotional and relational healing. Together, we explore your inner world with compassion and curiosity — not just through words, but through the wisdom of the body. In this space, we gently unravel outdated patterns, soothe the nervous system, and support you to feel your feelings fully — without getting lost in them. Using tools like conscious breath, intuitive movement, and sound, you’ll begin to embody new ways of being that feel more aligned, connected, and alive. Whether you’re seeking to improve your relationships, regulate emotions, shift habits, or deepen your self-awareness, this work is practical and empowering. You’ll leave each session not only with insight, but with grounded skills you can take into your daily life — to communicate better, relate more authentically, and feel more at home in your own skin. This is not traditional talk therapy. This is a reclamation of the self — through sensation, breath, presence, and practice. Cancellation Policy
Booking, Payment, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Soultree Moves is a small, heart-led sole trader business. Significant time, energy and preparation go into creating your healing space, and appointment times are held exclusively for you. In fairness to both practitioner and clients, the following policies apply: Payment Full payment is required at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to your scheduled session. Appointments that have not been paid for within this timeframe may be released and offered to another client. Payment confirms and secures your booking. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of your appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations More than 72 hours before your session: 50% of the session fee will be refunded. Within 72 hours of your session: the session fee is non-refundable. Session Transfers If you are unable to attend your appointment and are within the 72-hour non-refundable cancellation period, you are welcome to transfer your session to a friend or family member. The transfer must be arranged and communicated before the scheduled appointment time. The person attending must complete any required intake forms and agree to the terms of the session. The transferred session must be used for the same service and appointment time originally booked. No refunds will be provided for transferred sessions. This allows your session investment to be used while also honouring the time that has been reserved specifically for you. No Shows If you do not attend your session and do not make contact: 100% of the session fee will be forfeited. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the time of following clients. The full session fee still applies regardless of the reduced time available. Compassionate Circumstances Life happens, and exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out as soon as possible. Please honour your booking as you would any commitment to your wellbeing.
